Pillow Talk Sessions are my in-person one-on-one sessions. Think of this as a reset button for your soul - with blankets. In these in-person sessions, we slow everything down and let your nervous system exhale. Through platonic, nurturing touch (yes, real cuddles included), we create a safe space for you to feel grounded, supported, and fully yourself. Whether you're touch-starved, emotionally fried, or just need a break from pretending you’re “fine,” this is your judgment-free zone to melt, breathe, and be held - literally. You bring your wonderful self, and I’ll bring the comfy vibes, soft pillows, and warm presence.

Every session is completely tailored to you. That means you get to choose exactly how the time flows - whether that includes cozy, nurturing touch or no physical contact at all. The magic isn’t just in the cuddles; it’s in the consent. This space is designed to prioritize your autonomy, your comfort, and your voice.

Touch isn’t just comforting - it’s chemically transformative. As humans, our skin is our largest organ, and it’s loaded with nerve endings designed to respond to connection. When we experience safe, nurturing touch, our brains release oxytocin (the “bonding hormone”), lower our cortisol levels (the stress hormone), and regulate our heart rate and blood pressure. In a world that often pushes us into isolation or constant overstimulation, one-on-one touch therapy offers a rare chance to return to our most natural state : connected, calm, and seen. This kind of care isn’t superficial. It’s a full-body conversation that tells your nervous system, “You’re safe now.” When touch is offered with presence, intention, and consent, it becomes a deeply healing medicine - and your body remembers.

    $125.00 an hour

    ☁️ 2 hours - $250.00

    ☁️ 3 hours - $375.00

    ☁️ 4 hours - $500.00

    ☁️ 5 hours - $625.00

    ☁️ 6 hours - $750.00 + $75.00 an hour per additional hour.

  • Late Night - After Office Hours :

    $175.00 an hour

Nearly half of my clients opt for little to no touch! Sometimes it’s just a hug hello and goodbye because the true consent happens in feeling safe enough to say “yes,” “no,” or “not yet” and having that choice respected fully.

  • Walk + Talk

    Not feeling up for couch cuddles? No problem at all. We can take a walk instead - side by side, no pressure, just fresh air and open conversation. Whether you want to get to know each other or talk through whatever’s on your heart, I’m here for the connection, wherever it flows. 🥾🌿

  • Take a break!

    Sometimes you just need a break! Let’s call it a soft pause in the middle of all the chaos. ⏸️ Whether you're overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or simply craving a moment of peace, this is your permission to unplug! Let’s create a pocket of calm together, no expectations. Just presence, comfort, & a little breathing room.

  • Grieve Relief

    Grief is heavy, and you don’t have to carry it alone. Whether you need someone to sit with you in the silence, cry beside you, or simply pass the tissue box - I’m here to hold space with care and without judgment. 🖤 Hugs are always included, and your heart is safe here.

  • Buddy Bonding

    Sometimes you just need a buddy. Not a date, not a plus-one - just a platonic partner-in-cozy. We can jam to music, grab snacks, or catch that movie you’ve been wanting to see. 🎬 Whether it’s a chill hangout or a night at the theater, I’m down to be your sidekick with zero pressure and all the good vibes. 🎶
