Want to co-write a healing story?
If your interest officially piqued - let’s form a therapeutic alliance & align our offerings. If nervous system regulation speaks to you, let’s discuss shared spaces + working within an integrated three-point framework.
Co-Create safe spaces with me!
I operate my practice under the support trifecta + healing triangle : the Heart - Head - Hands Method, The Triadic Model. This mind + body + touch approach is the most sustainable path to resilience building through trauma and nervous system work, combining all therapeutic means possible. The Triadic Model refers to an integrated approach that combines three core elements to support holistic wellbeing. In my line of work, especially in somatic touch-based, or trauma-informed healing, the Triadic Model typically involves these three parts :
Together, these three elements form a whole-person approach that supports healing through mind, body, and connection - making it especially powerful for trauma recovery, attachment wounds, and touch deprivation.
-
This is the cognitive or communicative component using words to explore thoughts, feelings, boundaries, and experiences. It helps clients make meaning, process emotions, and build insight through conversation or guided dialogue.
-
This is the body-based component where safe, consensual touch is used as a tool for nervous system regulation, reconnection, and healing. It helps clients access sensations, presence, and trust, especially when trauma or disconnection lives in the body.
-
This is the relational or interpersonal piece where the practitioner-client dynamic is used as a healing tool. Through attunement, consent, and co-regulation, the relationship itself becomes a space of safety, repair, and emotional mirroring.
Healing doesn’t have to be all talk.
Sometimes, it’s in the quiet. In the held moment. In the breath we remember to take.
Here, we blend the power of words with the comfort of touch - supporting trauma resolution and emotional integration through both verbal exploration and somatic connection. You set the pace, the rhythm, the depth. We just help hold the space. With safety, consent, and presence at the center, we co-create a path toward regulation, embodiment, and repair. Let’s create a softer place to land.
