THE ULTIMATE OVERNIGHT CUDDLE SESSION
This isn’t just a session - it’s a full-on vibe. Twelve hours of warmth, connection, and intentional rest, styled like your favorite childhood sleepover . . . but all grown up, emotionally safe, and full of cozy little luxuries.
Whether you're feeling emotionally tender, touch-starved, socially drained, or just craving connection and comfort - this overnight cuddle session is your chance to exhale fully, be held deeply, and wake up knowing that your needs were honored.


ONLY THE BEST BEDHEAD BASH
Each overnight session runs for 12 uninterrupted hours (think 6:00 pm to 6:00 am or 9:00 pm to 9:00 am), giving us plenty of time to unwind, laugh, snuggle up, and feel human again. Everything is 100% platonic, with all clothing staying on, and the focus entirely on shared presence, consent-based comfort, and that sweet, healing energy of being cared for without expectations. Whether we’re staying up late watching movies or you’re ready to knock out early with a weighted blanket and soft candles glowing, this night is yours.
WHAT I BRING TO CREATE
OUR SOFT SAFE SPACE :
FYI : I bring a basket of essentials just in case they are needed - disposable toothbrushes,
mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion for a pre-snuggle refresh.
BLANKETS IN EVERY TEXTURE
& shade of green to help you settle into comfort. From soft cotton throws to lush faux velvet and fuzzy microfiber, there’s something to match every sensory need. You’ll find mossy knits that feel like your favorite sweater and deep jade faux fur for that luxurious, cocooned feeling. I’ve curated everything in a palette of greens - think sage, emerald, olive, and pine - to create a calm, grounding atmosphere. Each blanket is chosen with care to offer warmth, texture, and a little extra love for your nervous system.
A PORTABLE CUDDLE BED
. . . just the right size for two people to snuggle without feeling squished or cramped.
SOOTHING SAGE-TONED BEDDING
. . . with layers of cozy comfort: botanicals, succulents, and desert-y details for a grounding aesthetic.
A WEIGHTED BLANKET
. . . for calming anxiety and helping your nervous system regulate through deep pressure touch.

with soft lighting, flickering candles, and all the gentle details that help you feel safe, cozy, and seen.
Q : WHAT DO YOU WEAR?!
A : This varies from session to session and our session goal. If we are working on healing trauma and building trust, I opt for silky-soft pajamas so that everything feels gentle and smooth against the skin.
If we're just hanging out, enjoying one another's company, I will probably opt for some fun prints or themed PJ's like T-rex, a cozy onesie, or snuggie.
If you have sensory issues that we are looking to avoid triggering, I wear soft legging-like pants and a cotton t-shirt. I keep the colors neutral and calming so that you do not feel overwhelmed.

Prefer I handle the space? No problem! I can curate the perfect dreamy setup for us at a safe, calming venue with gentle colors that match your preferred vibe! Just add a $175.00 lodging fee, and I’ll take care of the booking.

Slumber parties held at a location of your choosing & booking have a base rate. These sessions can be held at your home, at a hotel, or Airbnb.
Slumber party sessions are a full night of cozy connection, emotional support, and uninterrupted rest, all wrapped in soft blankets and sweet conversation. For clients working in collaboration with a therapist, triadic model sessions are offered at a custom-negotiated rate based on prior agreement with the therapist. Heads up : I'll need about an hour to get everything set up, no matter where we're meeting.
WHAT CAN WE DO TOGETHER?
Share hot chocolate, snuggle under the covers, and talk about everything and nothing until we drift off. 🌙
Have a movie marathon (rom-coms, comfort classics, or trashy reality shows - The Bachelor reactions encouraged, popcorn throwing optional but fun). 🌙
Play board games or card games like Skip-Bo, War, or Uno - and raise the stakes with silly dares, back rubs, or hair braiding. 🌙
Order takeout (pizza, Chinese, IHOP - whatever your late-night heart desires) and have a no-judgment food fest in our pajamas. 🌙
Debate hot takes, like whether that dress was black & blue or gold & white. 🌙
Do skincare or mini-makeovers, paint our nails, or try on every sheet mask in the basket. 🌙
Have a storytime moment, where I read to you (bedtime voice included) - or we write our own weird little fairy tale together. 🌙
Sit in peaceful silence, breathe together, share a long held hug, or give each other the shiveries (that sweet goosebump magic). 🌙
Or just . . . exist in comfort. No pressure. No expectations. Just two humans with kind intentions and a shared space to unwind. 🌙
